About the President

Norbert Garner started NG Apparel & Team Sports, Inc., in 2003 after gaining valuable experience in casual apparel at such companies as Footlocker and Galyan’s Trading Company. He understands that the success of his company is based on earning a position of trust on the marketing teams of each of his customers.

Norbert was born in Milwaukee, Wis., and raised in Denver, Colo. He came to Acworth, Ga., in 1997. He is a member of the Acworth Business Association.

A family man, Norbert is married and has two grown stepdaughters and two young daughters. He is a board member of Cobb Elite Boys and Girls Basketball Youth Sports Club and coach of its Georgia Rattlers squad. He also serves as head coach of 8th grade basketball at Kell Junior Metro.

In addition to family and work activities, Norbert enjoys golf, fly fishing, contemporary jazz and working in his yard.
