The Order Process

Here is how the process flows. See terms and conditions for time guidelines and other details.

  1. You make your product selection from our extensive catalog.
  2. You provide your camera-ready/color-separated artwork in EPS or TIFF format. (We can help!)
  3. We prepare your artwork and submit it to you for approval.
  4. You approve the artwork and provide a 50% deposit on your order total.
  5. We acquire credit approval from your company of choice (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) and order your product.
  6. We prepare your order and ship it to you, with final payment due 15 days from invoice date.
  7. You look and feel extraordinary!

Logo/Art Format

To assure that your order is properly digitized and imprinted, please submit your camera-ready/color-separated artwork in either EPS PDF, PSD or AI file formats. Call us if you need help. 770.792.1818. Upload Here

Terms & Conditions

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required on all orders following artwork approval.

Standard turn times:

  • Screen print: Shipped 7-10 business days after customer artwork approval.
  • Embroidery: Shipped 5-7 business days after customer artwork approval.
  • Photo ID Badges: Shipped 5-7 business days after customer artwork approval.
  • Custom signs, banners and glass awards: Shipped 5-7 business days after customer approval.

Rush service is available with an added fee:

  • One-day turn time fee = 100% of retail value.
  • Two-day turn time fee = 75% of retail value.
  • Three-day turn time fee = 50% of retail value.
  • Four-day turn time fee = 25% of retail value.

Payment sequence:

  • Credit approval/deposit required prior to all merchandise orders.
  • Net 15 days from invoice date with credit approval.
  • Cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express

Changes and cancellations:

Changes and cancellations prior to embroidery or screen printing require a 15% restocking fee. No changes or cancellations can be made after items have been personalized.

Standard shipping:

Three-day UPS ground service throughout the continental United States.
